List each product, size and artwork separately, with its own quantity. Add the use conditions, accessories and delivery destination. Keep unknown details marked as to confirm.

Separate products and designs

One design may use several sizes, and one size may use several designs. Use a separate line for each combination. For cups, record the construction, model and dimensions; for bags and boxes, record the required shape and dimensions.

Count accessories separately

Do not assume every cup needs a lid. Specify which designs need lids and the quantity and model for each. Include carriers and carry bags as separate items when required. A shared ounce label does not establish cup-and-lid fit.

Add the delivery and review conditions
